By booking a stay at Jungle Camp Resort, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation
- Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
2. Check-In/Check-Out
- Check-In: 12:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
3. Identification
- A valid government photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and fellow guests.
- Loud music, disruptive behavior, and property damage will lead to eviction without refund.
5. Liability
- Sun Green Valleys Private Limited is not liable for loss/damage of personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
6. Pets & Smoking
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Terms
- 7 days or more before check-in:90% refund (10% processing fee charged)
- 3 to 6 days before check-in:50% refund
- Less than 3 days or No-Show:No refund
2. Early Check-Out
- No refunds will be provided for unused nights after check-in.
3. Event or Group Booking
- Custom cancellation terms apply and will be provided in the event contract.
4. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, credit notes or date changes may be offered at management’s discretion.
5. Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via original payment mode.
